Noise levels from young guests at all hours can really spoil the tranquil vibe!!! Poor communication from the front desk regarding amenities creates unnecessary confusion!!! The air conditioning struggles at warmer nights without proper adjustment!!!

We had a great time at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was delightful with plenty of options, including gluten-free choices. The evening entertainment was also a nice surprise, featuring talented soloists by the pool. However, our room was smaller than expected based on the website photos. I would consider returning despite this.

I had a pleasant stay for 4 nights. The selection of food was impressive and always fresh. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is great, close to the beach and local attractions. The pool area was nice and perfect for relaxation. 🏖️

The location of Grupotel Orient is fantastic, just a leisurely stroll away from the beach. Enjoyed the pool area, especially the indoor options which were quite nice. Despite it being a busy time, I found the space around the outdoor pool decent enough for relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. I also loved the variety of food available, especially at breakfast. plenty of options to choose from. However, the air conditioning in the room didn’t work well which made it uncomfortable at times. I had issues with noise from partying guests during the night, which disrupted sleep. There were also some moments when the cleanliness could've been better, as I noticed some areas were a bit neglected. Plus, the entertainment at night might not be to everyone’s taste, mainly aimed at younger crowds. While I appreciated the overall cleanliness and good service, some of these downsides prevent me from giving a higher rating.

The room was clean and had a balcony. Air conditioning worked well, and the shower had good pressure. Loved the pool area with spacious sun loungers and a nice pool bar. Breakfast had lots of options like fresh fruits and pastries. The spa was great, with an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. Very close to the beach too.

However, the room layout was disappointing—particularly the setup with a problematic balcony divider that offered little privacy and allowed for excessive noise from neighbors. This affected the overall experience, along with some reduction in food variety during late dining hours.
